At Edge, we will handle your day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping needs. Beyond that, we pride ourselves in treating our clients like people, not numbers. That said, we take great concern with our clients’ financials—both personal and professional. We guide and manage our clients’ taxes, tour financials, and more.
Following is a list of services provided, though not exhaustive:
Bookkeeping Services
Accounts payable, review of all invoices for accuracy and retrieve any approvals as needed prior to processing payments.
Accounts receivable, intake of payments due to clients and follow up on any outstanding monies due.
Bank Reconciliation, Investment Account Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly cash reports for client review.
Reconciliation of credit cards statements.
Set up household utilities; pay household staff and pay all household bills.
Assist in purchasing homes, cars, guitars, tracking assets and making sure all purchases are recorded properly.
Insuring taxes and registrations are current.
Research and comparison of Insurance needs and policies.
Touring Services
Reconcile road cash accounts.
Record all shows and maintain a tour summary for each year.
Work with client’s agents to get any necessary documentation to reconcile show settlements.
Handle payroll for client’s employees, work with employees to get proper documentation to the payroll service provider.
Obtain certification of insurance for agents and promoters.
Work with client’s management team on budgeting.
Merchandising reconciliation and settlements.
Oversee reconciliation of monies for live shows with Tour Manager.
Tax Services
Process all estimated tax payments throughout the calendar year.
Submit all accounting records as needed by CPA to prepare individual and corporate tax returns.
Work with our CPA to make sure there is funding to cover tax payments.
Inform client on all tax liabilities due.
